There are two main problems. First, the enamel radiator of the oven is complicated in shape, and the factory uses electrostatic dry powder coating. The dry powder is difficult to spray to the internal complex structure. Spraying will eventually lead to an excessively thick porcelain layer, which is easy to remove, and it is still difficult to apply enamel between the gaps; second, for products that already have enamel defects, if you want to repair them, they can no longer solved by dry electrostatic coating due to the shielding effect of the Faraday cage.

The dry electrostatic spraying process will make the production of many products easier. It has a high degree of automation, less dependence on the operational proficiency of employees, and the production process is relatively simple, but the disadvantage is that it cannot produce products with complex shapes. To this end, the solution provided by the Nolifrit technical team is to use a combination of wet coating and dry electrostatic coating.
